treetops<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">says <\/span>hello<\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">to his bare, bulbous belly<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">(but there is no answer)<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">he is busy<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">eating<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">a polish sausage<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">these sounds<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">with every bite:<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">labored breaths through<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">narrow nasal passages,<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">wax paper crinkling<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">beneath pudgy fingertips,<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">wings fluttering<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">as attentive pigeons<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">jockey for position<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">(should some small morsel fall)<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">and then one does<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">the slippery slice<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">of onion<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">slides off his sausage,<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">and<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">drops<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">straight<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">onto<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">his<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">stomach<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">this, he notices<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">and as quickly as it fell,<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">he scoops it up<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">slurps it down<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">and catches me staring at him<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">his revenge is swift:<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">two hands encircle<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">his shiny, oil-stained navel,<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">one quick shake<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">in my direction<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">and he returns<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">to his meal<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">he&#8217;s shown me<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">his belly bagel<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">and deep down,<\/span><\/address>\n<address><span style=\"font-style: normal;\">i know i deserve it<img loading=\"lazy\"
